When a person goes to our offices for an interview, the consultants analyze the set of jobs that they could fill. The online search is carried out through our database, publishing new job offers directly in the system and sending the information in real time to our corporate websites www.manpower.pt and www.experis.pt, on the most widespread social networks (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), and in the largest employment portals.
Candidate information is available throughout the ManpowerGroup network, to allow a search in a wider radius, in those cases that have indicated the availability of geographical mobility, and thus ensure that companies find the right candidate, especially if the skills are difficult to locate.
