Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics promotes honest and ethical conduct throughout the organization, as well as provides a mechanism to report unethical conduct via the ManpowerGroup Ethics Hotline to help preserve the culture of honesty and accountability throughout the company.
To ensure the highest standards of transparency, ethical behavior and integrity, all ManpowerGroup employees keep their knowledge up to date through mandatory annual training on Ethical Business Conduct and Information Security.
ManpowerGroup, its subsidiaries and affiliates have always taken a public commitment to conducting their business with honesty, integrity, trustworthiness and responsibility. It is part of our tradition since our founding in 1948 and is at the core of our Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Our Regulatory Compliance Program, is intended to comply with the provisions of Decree-Law 109-E/2021, December 9. We have a responsibility to comply with all applicable laws in the countries where we do business, such as anti- corruption laws, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"), the U.K. Anti-Bribery Act, and similar laws in other countries and territories.
